When you contact the campaign, sign up to volunteer, request a lawn sign, or submit a question through this website or through a campaign ad (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing or street address, and anything you write to us directly.
We use this information only for campaign purposes: to respond to you, to coordinate things like lawn sign delivery or volunteer scheduling, and to send occasional campaign updates if you've asked for them. If you've requested a lawn sign, your address is used solely to arrange delivery and placement, with your consent, on your property.
Your information is used by Caleb Carisse and this campaign only. It is never sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Any portion of the Municipal voters' list used for canvassing is handled separately under the requirements of Ontario's Municipal Elections Act, 1996 — it is never shared beyond what that law permits, and volunteers who receive any part of it provide a written acknowledgment first.
If you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, your responses are sent directly to the campaign through Meta's lead ad system, subject to Meta's own data policy as well as this one.
We keep contact information for the duration of the 2026 campaign and, where relevant to municipal record-keeping obligations, as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see contact details below.
